We accept return and refund requests for eligible products when the item is unused, unopened, and in untampered original packaging.
Return Window
Unused and untampered packaging items may be eligible for refund within 7 days of product receipt. Requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.

- Packaging, seals, labels, and product condition must be intact and untampered.
- Proof of purchase, order confirmation, and delivery details may be required.
- Products damaged by misuse, improper storage, or customer handling are not eligible for refund.
Refund Process
After the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed through the approved payment channel. Shipping charges, courier fees, and payment gateway charges may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with clear photos, package details, and order information so our team can review the issue.
